Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a capable operations leader to manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and client relations on-site. You will implement production and service standards, plan budgets, and drive process improvements across multiple teams.

Lead safety programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize workflows to meet strategic goals while collaborating with the Operations Director on policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review contributions
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans; prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow, including space and equipment needs
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures; comply with regulations
• Accomplish operations and organizational objectives by completing related results as needed
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenues
• Manage relationships with clients; serve as primary on-site contact for issues
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are billed or paid
• Communicate clients’ issues with operations and devise improvements to customer experience
• Work with the Operations Director to implement policies, procedures, and systems

• Communicate clients’ issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with Operations Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
