Yummy Food Halal Catering! invites applications for a Buffet Catering Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee events, and drive new sales opportunities.

The role requires halal compliance knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple events in Singapore. You will manage teams, ensure quality service, and build relationships with event planners and corporate clients to increase bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

• Halal competency certification or assessment is required.
• Experience in catering, banquet or buffet operations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage events independently.
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to network with clients.
• Strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Buffet Catering Operations Manager who can lead operations and help drive new sales opportunities for the business.

Location: Singapore (Woodlands / Admiralty)

Salary: $3,300-$4,500

+ comm & incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily buffet catering operations
• Plan and coordinate catering events, logistics & manpower
• Oversee buffet setup, food presentation & service quality
• Ensure smooth event execution from kitchen to event site
• Lead and train service crew and kitchen support staff
• Maintain hygiene, food safety & halal compliance
• Work closely with management on business growth
• Drive new catering sales and corporate clients
• Build relationships with event planners, companies & partners
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue

Requirements:

• Halal Competency Assessment Certification
• Experience in catering / banquet / buffet operations
• Able to manage events and operations independently
• Sales-driven mindset and good networking skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
• Able to work flexible hours (events & weekends when required)

Candidates with hotel banquet, catering sales, or event management experience will have an advantage.
