The role requires halal compliance knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple events in Singapore. You will manage teams, ensure quality service, and build relationships with event planners and corporate clients to increase bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

• Halal competency certification or assessment is required.
• Experience in catering, banquet or buffet operations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage events independently.
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to network with clients.
• Strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily buffet catering operations and ensure smooth event execution.
• Plan and coordinate catering events, logistics and manpower.
• Oversee buffet setup, presentation and service quality.
• Lead and train service crews and kitchen support staff.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and halal compliance across events.
• Collaborate with management on business growth and client acquisition.
• Drive bookings and revenue through relationships with planners and corporate clients.
