Job summary

Singapore Food Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a motivated Catering Delivery Crew to ensure timely delivery and professional setup of catering events. You will transport and set up food, beverages, equipment, and displays at client venues, maintaining food quality and presentation.

You will work with the Kitchen, Operations and Sales teams, handle equipment packing, and help maintain inventory and vehicle upkeep.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year experience in catering delivery, logistics or event setup.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry catering equipment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering food, beverages, equipment, and event materials safely and punctually to customers' venues.
• Load, unload, and transport catering items with care to maintain food quality and presentation.
• Set up buffet lines, grazing tables, food stations, and event displays according to company standards.
• Dismantle event setups and collect catering equipment after events.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare, check, pack, and organise catering equipment and event materials before each delivery.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and inventory of catering equipment and storage areas.
• Support delivery-only orders and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Carry out company errands, including transporting supplies and equipment when required.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and well maintained.
• Adhere to all food hygiene, workplace safety, and traffic regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in catering delivery, logistics, or event setup is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry catering equipment and food containers.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings when required.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
