Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to efficiently handle import shipment processes and accurate billing in a fast-paced environment at Changi Airfreight Centre in Singapore.

You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents, ensuring clearance permits are in place before warehouse release and managing ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company.

Responsibilities

• Execute import shipments process efficiently and effectively.
• Billing invoices accurately and timely to facilitate payments.
• Check cargo clearance permits before releasing to Warehouse/Traffic.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents.
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declarations and email to customers or overseas agents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents);
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
