Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement, transportation, and delivery of construction materials to project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid project delays.
• Work with site engineers and project managers to understand material and equipment requirements.
• Ensure timely mobilization of machinery, tools, and manpower.
• Track daily site activities and support operational requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material supply and service delivery.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, and timelines.
• Negotiate logistics-related costs and contracts where required.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor logistics and operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in transportation and procurements.
• Act as a communication bridge between procurement, warehouse, and site teams.
• Provide regular updates on material status, delays, and operational issues.
