Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is assisting a fast-growing Singapore-based logistics and freight forwarding company. The Account Executive position requires handling accounts for Malaysia and Singapore entities and supporting daily financial operations.

The role demands an ITE/ diploma or higher and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Work is based at International Business Park with standard 5-day, 8.30am–5.30pm hours.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma and above is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for both Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Prepare accounting schedules and reports.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
• Support inter-company billing.
• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including collections, payments, month-end closing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and reporting processes.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, legal advisors, and other external parties.

Our Client, is a fast-growing Singapore-based logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position Account Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle accounting for both Malaysia and Singapore entities.

• Prepare accounting schedules and reports.

• Assist with the annual audit process.

• Support inter-company billing.
