Job summary

Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join our Tampines East team.

You will support logistics operations, coordinate freight, track shipments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth movement of goods and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication and attention to detail. Logistics experience is welcome but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join our team in the Tampines East Region. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist with the coordination of freight transportation, including booking carriers, tracking shipments, and liaising with clients
2. Provide administrative support, such as preparing documentation, data entry, and filing
3. Help monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
