Job summary

Infiniti Marine Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Transport Executive to coordinate port operations at Jurong Port, liaise with internal teams and customers, and manage documentation. The role suits someone who enjoys an energetic operational setting and hands-on problem solving.

You will prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, handle billing, and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date while supporting a smooth shipment process across all parties.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Port or Transportation operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working at Jurong Port and in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate port operations (stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing).
• Prepare and provide quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and emails professionally.
• Prepare and process billings and operational documentation.
• Ensure all port and shipment-related documents are accurate and properly maintained.
• Sort, file, and maintain operational records per company requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery and collection arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, as well as drivers’ and operators’ operational feedback.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and complaints through effective problem-solving.
• Ensure all operational records are updated accurately and promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• At least GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain
• Relevant experience or interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Port or Transportation operations is preferred
• Non-Executive level candidates specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or Maritime studies are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working at Jurong Port and in an operational environment
