Job summary

JUXHO FRIED CHICKEN PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee staff schedules, and manage revenue and cash flow. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Chinese with the ability to train foreign workers.

Candidates should be comfortable with POS systems, Excel reporting, and maintaining high food-safety standards. The position involves standing for long hours and supporting kitchen and service when needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of F&B supervisory or team-lead experience (Singapore preferred).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written); able to train foreign workers.
• Proficient in POS systems and Excel; able to produce basic reports.
• Able to stand for long hours; assist in kitchen and service when needed.
• Strong leadership and execution; fair, communicative, excellent under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of SFA/NEA requirements; WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
