Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking multiple Customer Service Engineers in Singapore to be assigned to customer sites for MRO support on semiconductor equipment. This 12-month contract is renewable/convertible based on performance and business needs.

Positions require hands‑on field service including installation, maintenance, and repair, with on-site support at the One North Coast (West) location. OJT is provided for non‑experienced hires; 9 AM to 6 PM work hours apply.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Able to read engineering documents and diagrams.
• Non experienced hire is welcome - OJT is provided by senior engineer onsite.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
