• Solid IT security practices in a corporate environment.
• Ability to perform physical duties essential to role including moving IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of IT for end users and executives, locally and remotely.
• Troubleshoot issues, document requests, and route to security/hardware/software teams as needed.
• Monitor AV/conferencing equipment and manage IT inventory lifecycle.
• Configure and image workstations and laptops per standardized practices.
