Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support professional to back a Microsoft 365 migration project, including device deployment, Windows 11 configuration, and end-user troubleshooting.

You will provide onsite support, assist with Intune and Autopilot activities, and help with email migration, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint migrations, plus incident tracking and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Experience with device deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support during Microsoft 365 migration activities.
• Assist in workstation setup, deployment, and replacement activities.
• Support Windows 11 device preparation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist users with Microsoft Outlook profile setup and email migration support.
• Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint migration-related activities.
• Assist with device enrolment, Intune, and Autopilot deployment activities.
• Provide end-user support during migration cutover and hypercare periods.
• Record and track incidents, service requests, and migration issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the project team when required.
