Job summary

PROFESSI360 PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced Windows 11 support, device provisioning, imaging, and deployment for enterprise customers. The role is offsite and follows a 5-day work week, with potential to lead a team based on performance.

The successful candidate will handle Intune administration, O365 support, and basic network troubleshooting, while collaborating with internal IT teams to ensure timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, BitLocker, and imaging tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 administration.
• Understanding of network fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows 11.
• Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for Windows environments.
• Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BitLocker, FileVault? issues, BSODs, and crashes.
• Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Handle O365 support, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including switches and connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work within a ticketing system to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
