Job summary

The HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to help maintain shop-floor systems. You will triage incidents, coordinate with IT and manufacturing teams, and minimize production disruption. The role is a 12-month renewable contract, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm at Seletar, Singapore.

You will resolve basic IT issues, document steps, track progress, and escalate complex problems to the right teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or incident coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across IT and manufacturing teams.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage shop-floor IT incidents & service requests
• Resolve basic IT issues using approved procedures
• Coordinate with IT teams, engineers & equipment vendors
• Track incidents through to resolution & provide updates
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions & handovers
