Job summary

Unisys is seeking a proactive IT system support professional in Singapore to monitor and maintain critical systems around the clock. You will respond to incidents onsite, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage tickets from creation to closure in line with SLA commitments.

The role requires a Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics or IT, with experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and some networking/databases knowledge. Training is provided and shift patterns apply.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent.
• Experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance.
• Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System to ensure uptime per SLA.
• Respond to all incidents/service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Create/update and track tickets in the ticketing tool to closure meeting SLA commitments.
• Escalate when necessary per escalation matrix.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on system hardware and computer-based systems.
