Job summary

EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional in Singapore to manage end-user IT operations and provide proactive support across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The role involves security patching, AI-enabled helpdesk enhancements, and SharePoint-related enhancements to improve user experience. The ideal candidate will analyze helpdesk tickets and Intune metrics to derive improvements and document IT SOPs for smoother workflows, while supporting VIP users and ongoing network

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT security and vulnerability patch management for all end-user IT devices.
• Enhancing AI helpdesk capabilities to improve workflow and automation on routine IT.
• Analyzing helpdesk tickets and Microsoft Intune metrics to identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
• Reworking IT SOP documentation to improve end-user experience.
• Providing end-user IT operations & support.
• Providing Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot support.
• Managing SharePoint-related requests and enhancements.
• Supporting customer's ongoing IT infrastructure improvement initiatives (server room and office network).
• Providing dedicated support for customer's VIP users.
