Job summary

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission systems at customer sites following procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and training to customers/end-users.
Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
