Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable NOC support technician to provide Level 1/1.5 incident handling in a 24x7 enterprise environment. You will monitor systems, perform initial diagnosis, escalate as needed, and manage incidents in ServiceNow.

The role requires basic administration of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and data centre infrastructure, with a strong focus on accurate logging, health checks, and following documented procedures to restore services within SLA.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills for fault isolation and rectification.
• Customer-oriented, patient, meticulous and a strong team player.
• Strong & effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 / Level 1.5 support in a 24x7 enterprise environment, proactive monitoring, initial diagnosis and escalation of incidents.
• Administration and management of IT infrastructure and data centre support, including basic systems, network, database and application support.
• Respond to incoming alerts (system triggered, e-mail, etc.).
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana).
• Assess alerts to understand severity and impact before escalating.
• Log, update and manage incidents, requests and changes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Perform basic health checks, service restarts and routine operational tasks.
• Follow documented incident management procedures to identify root causes and resolve incidents or escalate to resolver groups per SLA.
• Maintain technical documentation (NOC) of processes and procedures.
• Willing and able to perform 12-hour shift work including weekends and public holidays.
