Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an IT Desktop & AV Support professional for a 6-month contract at Kent Ridge Campus. The role covers desktop support, device provisioning, imaging, and on-site AV setup for events across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Media Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant IT helpdesk/desktop support or AV support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows/Mac end-user environments and AV systems (audio mixing, displays, video conferencing).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level desktop support for end-user devices, peripherals, printing, software and connectivity issues.
• Assist with provisioning, imaging, deployment and returns, including onboarding/offboarding device setup.
• Provide AV setup, operation and teardown for events and meetings; perform pre-event checks and on-site support.
