Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a College AV Technician to lead the setup and live operation of audiovisual systems for major school events and performances. You will manage classroom AV equipment, conduct video production, CMS updates, and digital signage across campus.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher Nitec in AV technology, 2–3 years of AV experience, and a media portfolio. It is a fixed-term contract from 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027 with a potential extension.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Higher Nitec in AV Technology, Media Production, Information Technology, or related field.
AV Experience: 2–3 years hands-on experience managing auditorium sound boards, lighting grids, and live event mixing.
Training Others: Experience training teachers and students on AV equipment.
Media Experience: Portfolio with event photography, videography, and professional video editing software.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical setup and live operation of audiovisual systems for major school events, assemblies, and performances.
Photography & videography for campus events and staff portraits; video production for college materials.
Oversee classroom tech: projectors, interactive displays, PA systems, and maintenance.
Training teachers and students on AV equipment and CMS/digital signage workflows.
