Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an ICT/AV Support Specialist for daily school operations. You will set up and power ICT/AV equipment, troubleshoot projection, audio, internet, and display issues, and assist with e-Examinations.

You will maintain ICT and AV systems across the school, prepare devices for classes, support events, create multimedia resources, and help drive digital transformation initiatives with the ICT team.

Qualifications

• At least an IT-related diploma.
• At least 2 years experience in producing multimedia projects and setting up basic audio-visual equipment.
• Good organisation skills and able to multi-task.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Passion for ICT, with an innovative spirit to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily school operations, including setting up ICT and AV equipment.
• Set up, operate and maintain ICT/AV systems across the school.
• Provide ICT support for e-Examinations and school-based assessments, including configuring laptops/iPads.
• Prepare and manage shared student devices for daily teaching and learning.
• Prepare digital media and multimedia resources for school programmes and events.
• Provide ICT/AV support during school events, examinations and activities.
