Job summary

Adventus in Singapore seeks an IT support professional to provide desktop, printer, and related technical assistance at client sites. You will handle 1st/2nd level requests, troubleshoot laptops and printers, and manage Outlook configurations while maintaining service quality for end users.

The role requires a diploma or NITEC in computing, comfort with long client-site deployments, and basic Mandarin. Strong software and networking knowledge, customer service orientation, and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC in Computing or similar
• Comfortable stationed at client site for long periods
• Knowledge of Mandarin dialects essential
• Good knowledge in software applications with networking proficiency
• Positive attitude and strong customer service
• Independent and a good team player
• Technical experience in photocopier industry is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop, printing and related support.
• 1st/2nd level support and resolution for desktop clients and hardware.
• Troubleshoot laptops and printers for end users.
• Manage Windows OS versions, MS Office, network connectivity, printer mapping.
• Configure and troubleshoot Outlook email issues.
• Install, repair and preventive maintenance on client copiers.
• On-site hardware and software troubleshooting for copiers.
• Service Servers, Windows PC, MacBook and iPad.
• Distribute paper to copiers as required.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
