The Blue Pocket Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive (Events Logistics) to join our fast-growing team. The role focuses on onsite execution and delivery of events, coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, and serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

You will manage project administration and workflow, including temp staff, and maintain project timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out onsite execution and delivery of events.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
• Operate as the point of contact for assigned accounts and develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
• Handle project administration and management of workflow including temp staff.
• Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.
• Ensure a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
• Use initiative to problem solve and find satisfactory solutions.
