Qualifications

• Exceptional project management, and time management skills.
• Highly organised, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent request.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.
• Maintains high agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
• Sets, communicates and maintains timelines and priorities on every project.
• Carrying out onsite execution and delivery of events.
• Uses initiative to problem solve and find satisfactory solutions.
• Coordinates with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
• Acts as the point of contact for assigned accounts and develops long-term relationships.
• Handles project administration and management of workflow including temp staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Possesses a Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities
