Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Program Coordinator (EPC) to be the primary day-to-day operational contact for customer programs. The EPC coordinates all scheduled and reactive services, works with internal and external partners, and ensures timely response to inquiries on site.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree required; degree in scientific/technical field preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of services to Enterprise customers, ensuring site access and relevant safety trainings.
• Escort vendor to instrument/lab where service is required.
• Manage and maintain customer systems where required.
• Manage and maintain customer physical service records.
• Respond directly to customer inquiries on site.
