Job summary

EEMONT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to serve as the main operational contact for customers across the delivery lifecycle. You will review orders against quotations and project scope, and maintain accurate records of orders, projects and deliveries.

In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial Finance, Procurement, Logistics and technical service teams to track timelines, provide regular order updates, and ensure proper documentation for invoicing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer operations, order management, project coordination or service delivery.
• Strong customer communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for customers throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Review customer purchase orders against approved quotations, project scope and agreed delivery requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate customer order, project and delivery records.
• Coordinate project handover and execution with Commercial Finance, Procurement, Logistics and technical service teams.
• Develop and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables and outstanding actions.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery schedules and service arrangements.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, technical service scheduling and other customer site requirements.
• Manage customer documentation, including order confirmations, delivery documents, service reports and completion acknowledgements.
• Support project completion and hand over the required documentation for customer invoicing.
• Identify customer concerns, scope changes, delays or delivery risks and upscale them promptly.
