Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of services to Enterprise customers and ensure site access and safety trainings.
• Escort vendors to instrument/lab and manage customer systems and service records.
• Respond to customer inquiries on site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute program tasks per customer program agreements; maintain schedules.
• Operate in SAP environment and corporate office tools as needed.
