Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a IT infrastructure support professional to maintain and troubleshoot ruggedized laptops and handle FRACA cases under SLA. The role includes quarterly maintenance, OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates, with 24/7 shift coverage as needed.

Candidates should have a Diploma in IT and at least 1 year of IT infrastructure experience. On-site work at AMK area is required; only Singaporeans may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT required.
• At least 1 year experience in IT infrastructure.
• 5 day workweek, on-site in AMK area.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot customer ruggedized laptops when faults occur.
• Handle FRACA cases and respond to site issues per SLA.
• Perform quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities including OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates.
• Support customer service requests and technical issues.
• Perform shift duties on a 24/7 basis as required.
