Job summary

daifuku mechatronics (singapore) pte ltd seeks a dedicated customer service and field support professional to assist our global client base. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to software and IT hardware upgrades at customer sites or remotely.

Responsibilities include documenting manuals, updating service details in CRMS, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies. A 24/7 standby duty is required as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service support matters for all customers
• Responsible for troubleshooting and identify root cause for support matters for all customers
• Responsible for IT hardware upgrade for all customers
• Responsible for software enhancement (basic ones) for all customers
• Perform preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance at customer sites or remotely
• Provide documentation for manuals
• Update details of services done on CRMS system
• 24/7 standby duty
• Upkeep technical knowledge for new technologies
