Job summary

Division Communications Pte Ltd is seeking an events coordinator to support planning and execution of brand activations, launches, exhibitions and events in Singapore. You will coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, manpower and production requirements, and prepare timelines, budgets, proposals and run sheets.

The role involves site visits, production checks and close collaboration with creative, production and project teams.

Qualifications

• Ideal 1–3 years of experience in events, brand activations, production or a creative agency.
• Strong organisation, communication and multitasking skills.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand activations, launches, exhibitions and events.
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, manpower and production requirements.
• Prepare project timelines, quotations, budgets, proposals and event run sheets.
• Conduct site visits, supplier follow-ups and production checks.
• Coordinate with creative, production and project management teams.
• Assist in managing events onsite, from setup through to show days and dismantling.
