Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a driven professional to join the Oncology Operations team. You will manage strategic initiatives, support clinical operations, and drive projects that enhance patient care in oncology.

You will work closely with clinical leads and stakeholders to shape the patient journey, redesign care models, and support oncology service delivery hospital-wide. This role aligns with national MOH and NHG Health strategies and offers broad exposure to healthcare system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; at least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in hospital clinical operations or healthcare administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data management, financials, or oncology care is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the implementation of hospital-defined goals in alignment with MOH and NHG Health strategies.
• Manage departmental projects end‑to‑end, coordinate across stakeholders, and oversee project management and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical departments to implement patient‑centric initiatives and value‑based care models.
• Formulate business proposals, monitor KPIs, and conduct data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Handle general administration, services agreements, and other operational matters.
