Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years in healthcare administration or operations.
• Proven experience in hospital/healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English with stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for hospital-wide initiatives and programmes.
• Establish governance, planning, decision-making, and issue escalation structures.
• Drive end-to-end project management from scope to implementation with risk management.
• Develop business cases, workload projections and funding submissions.
• Oversee dashboards/reports and provide updates to senior management.
