Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an experienced professional to support the Assistant Director in managing day-to-day operations and strategic system initiatives of the Appointment & Contact Centre. You will lead workforce planning, drive process improvements, and coordinate projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and data-driven reporting.

At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university.
2–3 years of operations/project management in a call centre environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Contact Centre operations across inbound/outbound calls, chat, email and other channels.
Lead and coordinate department projects from planning through execution with budget adherence.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational priorities and ensure service quality.
