Job summary

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Contact Centre operations across inbound/outbound calls, chat, email and other channels.
Lead and coordinate department projects from planning through execution with budget adherence.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational priorities and ensure service quality.
