Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Oncology Operations team. You will manage strategic initiatives, support clinical operations, and drive projects that directly enhance patient care in oncology.

Working with clinical leads and stakeholders, you will help shape the patient journey, redesign care models, and support effective delivery of oncology services across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with data management, financials, or oncology care is a plus.
• Organised with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive strategic initiatives aligned with MOH/NHG strategies.
• Manage departmental projects and operational needs end-to-end, coordinating across stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, funding proposals, and business cases; oversee project management.
• Drive workflow improvements and process redesign to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement patient-centric initiatives and redesign care models.
• Formulate business proposals, monitor KPIs, and conduct data analysis to inform decisions.
• Handle general administration, services agreements, and other operational matters.
