Job summary

TTSH is seeking a passionate professional to join the Oncology Operations team. You will manage strategic initiatives, support clinical operations, and drive projects that enhance patient care in oncology, shaping patient journeys and redesigning care models across the hospital and beyond.

Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, you will lead data analysis, monitor KPIs, and support sustainable value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in hospital clinical operations or healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data management, financials, or oncology care is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, strong numerical ability, and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficient in English with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn on the job, with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive hospital-defined strategic initiatives aligned with MOH and NHG Health strategies.
• Manage clinical operations projects end-to-end, including procurement and funding proposals.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to redesign services and care models.
• Formulate business proposals and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainability and excellence.
• Handle general administration and services agreements to ensure smooth operations.
