Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a senior nursing leader to oversee the clinical leadership, operational management, and governance of a ward or residential unit. You will ensure nursing practices meet SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations, and you will lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care in outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Nursing with substantial clinical and supervisory experience, and a preference for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
Postgraduate diploma or specialist diploma in nursing (e.g. Oncology or Palliative Care) preferred.
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Prior experience in SOC or chemotherapy unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership for the ward or residential unit.
Oversee operational management and clinical governance.
Ensure nursing practices comply with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations.
Lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care in outpatient settings.
