Job summary

Google is looking for a Customer Solutions Sales professional in Singapore who will onboard and grow SMB advertisers with a consultative approach. You will manage a new customer portfolio, drive onboarding, and provide strategic guidance to maximize ROI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and programs to ensure seamless handovers and value-added recommendations. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
