Google LLC is seeking a Customer Onboarding Strategist to guide new advertisers through their digital journey in English and Indonesian. You will own a six-month portfolio and set them up for long-term success with Google's advertising solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and program teams to ensure smooth handoffs, deliver strategic guidance, and help clients maximize ROI by leveraging Google's product ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
• Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
