Job summary

EQ is seeking a highly motivated Business Implementation Intern to support our team in organizing critical client documentation and maintaining data integrity. The role requires analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and professionalism with senior stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas and Power Query.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Professional communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical abilities to evaluate data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client onboarding trackers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage the LOE (Letter of Engagement) repository, filing and record-keeping.
• Monitor onboarding activities and track progress against milestones for timely completion.
• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation across internal systems to ensure data integrity.
• Support process improvement and administrative/operational duties as assigned.
