Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client onboarding trackers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage the LOE (Letter of Engagement) repository, filing and record-keeping.
• Monitor onboarding activities and track progress against milestones for timely completion.
• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation across internal systems to ensure data integrity.
• Support process improvement and administrative/operational duties as assigned.

What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Implementation Intern to support our team in managing and organizing critical client documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll maintain and update client onboarding trackers, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You'll manage the Letter of Engagement (LOE) repository, ensuring proper document filing, control, and record maintenance.
• You'll monitor onboarding activities, track progress against key milestones, and support timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• You'll perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation across internal systems and databases to ensure data integrity.
• You'll support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives while carrying out additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
