We are seeking a Business Implementation Intern in Singapore to support our team with critical client documentation and senior stakeholders.

You will maintain onboarding trackers, manage the LOE repository, monitor milestones, perform data entry and validation, and support process improvements while handling

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and Power Query.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client onboarding trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage the LOE repository with proper filing, control and record maintenance.
• Monitor onboarding activities and track progress against milestones.
• Perform data entry, validation and reconciliation across internal systems.
• Support process improvement and other administrative duties as assigned.
