Job summary

THE LOCO GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations on the dining floor and help develop leadership within the team. You will ensure smooth service flow, maintain guest satisfaction, and assist with reservations and seating management.

You will supervise staff, drive sales through upselling, monitor costs, and uphold SOPs, food safety, and brand standards. This role offers growth into a supervisory position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.
• Be on the floor, engage with guests, handle feedback, and assist with service recovery.
• Assist with reservations, walk-ins, and table management to optimise seating and reduce wait times.
• Support supervision, conduct briefings, maintain clear communication, and foster a positive team culture.
• Help drive sales and manage costs, including upselling and basic labour coordination.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards; maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Coordinate private events to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
