Job summary

You will collaborate with the operations team on the ground, help prioritize inquiries, maintain accurate records, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, operations, coordination, or admin.
• Takes ownership and follows through until resolved.
• Resourceful and comfortable finding answers independently.
• Thinks clearly when unexpected problems arise.
• Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
• Take ownership of customer issues from enquiry through to resolution.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to provide accurate updates.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and collections between customers and operations.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding matters.
• Investigate discrepancies, delays and other issues to resolve them.
