• Translate customer requirements into operational instructions and monitor execution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams for picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor order cut-off times and escalate issues ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain records of customer requests and operational issues for continuous improvement.
