Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in residential property management.
• Diploma or degree in business, building or property management.

• Strong knowledge of B(SM)A laws related to condominiums.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site team members.
• Prepare, convene and attend estate meetings.
• Take minutes for all Management Corporation meetings.
• Oversee budgets and arrears management.
• Liaise with banks on banking and accounting matters.
• Prepare and execute work plans from planning to closure.
• Monitor service providers' performance and conduct inspections.
• Recommend improvements and industry best practices.
