Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer for our Singapore on-site team. You will lead critical building systems, coordinate with Account Leads, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency across properties.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years in facilities engineering or property management, strong CMMS knowledge, and proven leadership in managing contractors and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field with relevant facilities management experience.
• 5+ years in facilities engineering or property management with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and building works.
• Experience with CMMS and environmental health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Lead with tenant liaison and resolve property-related issues promptly.
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and security guideline adherence.
• Support EHS programs, identify and rectify concerns, and coordinate trainings.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for the managed site.
