Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Core Engineer Technician to boost manufacturing excellence through Lean, CI initiatives and data-driven improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, map processes, and implement practical solutions that raise productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering or Operations.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or structured problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with process mapping, VSM, Kaizen activities or similar improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, progress tracking and reporting abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence teams.
• Experience in OEM/manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt or PMP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing and operational processes, reducing waste and boosting efficiency.
• Support and drive improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and follow-up.
• Conduct process reviews and mapping to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Organise and facilitate Kaizen and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5S, standard work, visual management and RCA to address issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and other functions to implement sustainable improvements.
• Track project progress, KPIs and improvement results related to productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and updates for stakeholders.
• Guide and support employees in applying Lean and CI techniques.
• Develop or enhance digital tools to improve data visibility and workflow efficiency.
