Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Core Engineer Technician to advance manufacturing excellence and lead process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to identify gaps and implement practical solutions that boost productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance. Ideal candidates combine hands-on Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and structured problem solving with data-oriented thinking and familiarity with digital tools to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
2-5 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering or Operations.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or structured problem-solving techniques.
Experience with process mapping, VSM, Kaizen activities or similar improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and stakeholder collaboration.
Good understanding of project planning, progress tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence teams.
Experience in OEM/manufacturing environments is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt or PMP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing and operational processes, focusing on waste reduction and efficiency gains.
Support and drive improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and follow-up.
Conduct process reviews and mapping to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Organise and facilitate improvement activities such as Kaizen and structured problem-solving sessions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5S, standard work, visual management and RCA to address issues.
Work with production, engineering, quality and other functions to implement sustainable improvements.
Track project progress and ESP/ KPI improvements related to productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
Prepare reports, dashboards and project updates for stakeholders.
Guide employees in applying Lean and continuous improvement techniques.
Develop or enhance digital tools to improve data visibility, reporting and workflow.
