Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions PTE. LTD. invites applications for a CORE Engineer who will lead CORE/CI initiatives across operations, aligning with SPS goals and supporting transformation efforts on the shop floor.

You will deploy CORE principles, champion tools, drive data readiness, and collaborate with MES/ERP teams to improve quality, cost and delivery while leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate for digitized workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 2–4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS.
• Systems aptitude for handling large data and quick learning of MES/ERP.
• Strong project coordination and documentation tracking.
• Attention to detail to prevent master data errors.
• Experience with MES: Solumina G8 (iBase-t) or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Data skills with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Industry experience in Aerospace, MRO, or high-mix manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deploy CORE principles across operations to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery.
• Serve as a CORE Champion and trainer for tools and techniques.
• Support CORE projects aligning with the site improvement roadmap.
• Lead root-cause analysis sessions using CORE tools (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Support CORE Control Room (CCR) functions.
• Coordinate resources for CORE initiatives; facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Drive Transformation projects; deploy digital tools to enhance production workflows.
